Consultancy / From possibility to a plan

Big ideas.
Clear next moves.

You have the ambition. Let’s work out the scope, the priorities, and the path to building it.

Let’s talk about your idea ↗No polished brief needed. Start where you are.
THE STRATEGY TABLE
A lot of ideas. One important next decision.
Start with the decision in front of you

What needs to
become clearer?

Requirements & Project Definition

A shared understanding before development.

Bring your idea, existing notes, or stakeholder requests. Start by clarifying what the product needs to do and how completion will be judged.

Business Process & Feasibility

An approach shaped by your business.

Bring the workflow you want to improve and the constraints you face. Start by exploring what is practical before choosing a direction.

MVP Scope & Product Roadmap

Less in the first release. More intention.

Bring the problem you want to solve and your feature ideas. Start by separating essential capabilities from later improvements.

Three connected ways to move forward

Three ways to turn
“what if” into “what next.”

Start with the support you need. You don’t have to buy all three.

01Requirements & Project Definition
“We know the idea. Not the exact scope.”

Get everyone building
toward the same thing.

Turn scattered requests into clear requirements. Align the business need, expected behaviour, and what “done” means before work begins.

A plan should move the work forward

Make the next investment
an informed one.

Agree what the project includes, what remains uncertain, and how your team will use the outcome. Documentation follows the need—not the other way around.

Let’s clarify my next step ↗
  1. 01

    Bring the context

Your goals, existing information, and the decisions you’re facing.

  2. 02

    Work through the detail

Review requirements, options, assumptions, and priorities together.

  3. 03

    Agree the way forward

Review the deliverables, remaining questions, and practical next steps.

Before we talk

You don’t need
all the answers.

Do I need a full brief?

No. Start with your idea or the challenge you’re trying to solve. Existing notes, research, or a feature list can help, but the scope can be discussed together.

Will I get every type of requirements document?

Only the documentation your project needs. A product requirements document (PRD), business requirements document (BRD), or software requirements specification (SRS) is chosen to suit the audience and scope, without unnecessary duplication.

Is development included?

Consultancy focuses on definition, analysis, and planning. Implementation is a separate scope that can be discussed when you’re ready.

What if my plans change?

Assumptions and open questions are part of the discussion. Changes to agreed scope, priorities, or deliverables are reviewed together.
